Abstract

|
|
This article is to report three cases of Crohn´s disease experienced at 77 th Army Hospital. The pathologic lesions were located in the terminal ileum and male was affected in all cases. The onset of the disease was over 30 years of age in 2 cases and over 40 years of age in one case. One case is managed by conservative medical treatment and other two were surgically treated which showed relatively good prognosis in follow-up studies.
